Cosy hours in our Well-Vita!

Dear guest,

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have put together some information to help you.

You can get personal advice or information about our wide range of services at the spa receptione. You can also reach us by phone at +49 (0) 8821 938 – 267. If the Wellness Reception is not occupied, the Hotel Reception is available for you at extension 0. It is advisable to book your desired treatment appointment by telephone from home.

In our spa team we have male and femal therapists. Please let us know your preference when you makre your reservation. Please also let us know if you prefer a specific therapist for your treatment.

In case of health problems, please discuss these with your therapist before each treatment or please point this out when making an appointment.

With massages and body treatments, your body is covered and only the part of the body us being massaged or treated is exposed.

The treatment times you have selected have been specifically reserved for you.

Please note that you can cancel reserved appointments up to 12 hours before the treatment free of charge. In the event of a later cancellation, we charge 50% of the price, unless the date can otherwise be allocated.

Please understand that children under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter the wellness area.
