ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Your booked hotel room is available to you from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 am.
Breakfast times
from 7.30 to 11 a.m.: breakfast buffet with regional products and more
Dinner times
18:00 or 19:30 PM: Dinner from the buffet as part of half board
Other prices
Price for half board: 29,00 € per person per day
Children’s prices or extra bed:
0 – 5 years: stay free of charge in parents’ room
6 – 11 years: € 30,- per night incl. breakfast / € 42,50 per night incl. half board
12 years and older: € 50,- per night incl. breakfast / € 75,00 per night incl. half board
Visitor’s tax per adult (from 16 years): € 3.50 per night
Visitor’s tax per child (from 6 years): € 1,50 per night
Outdoor parking space: 9,50 € / night (from 5 nights 7,50 €)
Underground parking space: 15,00 € / night (from 5 nights 12,00 €)
Pets (on request): € 20,- per night
Spring till autumn
Bike rental: € 18,- per day
E-bike rental: € 40,- per day
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, early departure or reduction of the reservation period, we will of course try to re-let the room.
If no subletting is possible, the following cancellation costs will be charged:
until 07 days before arrival: free
from 06 days before arrival: 80 % of the confirmed accommodation price
Late arrival / early departure: 80 % of the confirmed accommodation price
Non-arrival: 100% of the booked services
Cancellation must be made in writing. If the hotel does not receive a written cancellation, it is invalid. We recommend travel cancellation insurance with ERV.
